BENVENUTA VENDEMMIA L’appuntamento di fine estate del Movimento Turismo del Vino, in un momento chiave della campagna vitivinicola. Una giornata nelle cantine, o meglio, sulla terra, fra i vigneti, per assaporare l’atmosfera tutta particolare che si respira in questa fase così delicata per la produzione vinicola, la raccolta dell’uva e le prime operazioni di cantina: profumi, sapori,le suggestioni ancestrali della vendemmia, ma anche lo stato di ‘fibrillazione’ che immancabilmente contagia tutti gli imprenditori del settore.
BENVENUTA VENDEMMIA(WELCOME TO THE GRAPE HARVEST): The use of activities in the countryside at the end of summer is the key to viticultural promotion by the Movimento Turismo del Vino (Wine Tourist Movement). Time spent in the fields among the vines while savoring the ambiance of the harvest atmosphere is a unique experience. Similarly, a day in the wine cellar participating in the grape harvest and cellar operations is always appreciated by oenophiles. The smells, flavors and traditions of the winemaking process all contribute to the vibrancy of this unique time.
BENVENUTA VENDEMMIA(Willkommen Weinlese): der Termin im Spätsommer des “Movimento Turismo del Vino” (Tourismusbewegung des Weins), eine Schlüsselbewegung der Weinbaukampagne. Einen Tagesausflug in die Kellerei, oder besser, auf die Erde zwischen die Weinberge, um die besondere Atmosphäre in sich aufzunehmen, die man in dieser für die Weinproduktion wichtigen Phase einatmet – die Weinlese und die ersten Arbeiten in der Kellerei: Düfte, Geschmäcke, die ursprünglichen Eindrücke der Weinlese, aber auch der Zustand des „Herzflimmerns“, der unvermeidlich alle Unternehmer dieses Sektors ansteckt.
